Trace a layout on autocad, and export in SVG and vector formats

Summary

I have a layout of plots in PNG and PDF formats, i need this layout (to scale) in SVG format and also whatever formats available in vector. I also need the areas to be calculated exactly and placed on each land in sqm. The lands are numbered already so we will need to have each land numbered with its total area. Also the date can be in a table in separated file.
