Summary

We are a luxury architectural wall panel showroom located in Atlanta Georgia. We specialize in premium real wood wall panels, wood veneers, stone veneers, WPC exterior panels, and other architectural finishes for residential and commercial projects. Unlike traditional sales roles, this position is focused on building relationships with Atlanta's design and construction community. Our goal is to become the preferred local resource for interior designers, architects, builders, contractors, remodelers, and developers by offering a beautiful showroom experience, premium products, fast turnaround, and exceptional service. Position Overview We are looking for a professional and personable Trade Partnership Coordinator to introduce our showroom to local trade professionals and schedule showroom visits. This is not a high-pressure sales position. Your role is to open doors, create relationships, and generate qualified showroom appointments. Our showroom team handles product consultations, quoting, and closing sales. Responsibilities * Research interior designers, architects, builders, contractors, remodelers, and developers. * Make professional outbound calls introducing our showroom. * Build genuine relationships with trade professionals. * Invite qualified contacts to visit our showroom. * Explain the benefits of our Trade Partner Program. * Coordinate complimentary product samples when appropriate. * Maintain accurate CRM notes and follow-up schedules. * Follow up with previous contacts and nurture long-term relationships. * Work closely with the Showroom Manager to ensure a seamless customer experience. We're looking for someone who: * Speaks fluent, professional English. * Builds rapport quickly. * Is friendly, confident, and conversational. * Has experience with outbound calling or business development. * Is organized and dependable. * Is comfortable using CRM software. * Enjoys relationship building more than hard selling. Experience in architecture, interior design, construction, building materials, or B2B sales is a plus but not required. We welcome applicants from both the United States and internationally. Hourly, performance-based, or hybrid compensation structures may be considered for the right candidate.
