Trade Show Booth Graphic Designer

Overview AeroGo is seeking a talented graphic designer with experience in trade show and exhibit graphics to create a premium, modern booth environment for an upcoming industry event. We already have the booth structure designed and have begun exploring creative concepts. We're looking for a designer who can elevate the visual experience by creating sleek, upscale graphics that reinforce our brand while maintaining a clean, professional aesthetic. This project requires both creative design expertise and technical production knowledge. The selected freelancer must be comfortable developing concepts and preparing final print-ready files that meet exhibit vendor specifications. Project Scope We need a designer to: -Create a cohesive graphic package for a trade show booth -Develop a sophisticated, modern visual concept using our existing brand colors -Incorporate subtle textures, depth, and premium design elements without creating visual clutter -Produce realistic renderings/mockups for internal review and approval (negotiable) -Revise concepts based on feedback -Prepare final production-ready artwork according to exhibit house specifications -Deliver organized source files and print-ready files Design Direction We're aiming for: -Modern and upscale -Clean and minimalist -Innovative and visually engaging -Professional industrial/manufacturing aesthetic -Strategic use of texture, pattern, and negative space -Strong brand presence without overwhelming the booth Our current concept features: -White, orange, and navy brand palette -Large-format wall graphics -Product demonstration area -Reception counter -Integrated technology displays We are looking for someone who can take the concept beyond standard trade show graphics and create a booth that feels premium and memorable.
