# DESIGN BRIEF: Trade Show Booth Graphics ## Case Veritas — AAJ Annual Convention, Chicago, July 2026 --- ## PROJECT OVERVIEW Two large-format print panels for a conference booth. Navy and gold color scheme. Premium, authoritative aesthetic — this is for plaintiff attorneys, not a consumer brand. The design direction is already established (see reference image). I need print-ready files delivered by **Saturday June 28**. --- ## DELIVERABLES **Panel 1 — As1 (Vertical Backwall)** - Dimensions: 38.875" wide × 95" tall - Finished file: print-ready PDF or AI at exact dimensions, 75–150 DPI minimum at final output size, CMYK color space - File name: CaseVeritas-As1 **Panel 2 — Ao1 (Counter Wrap)** - Dimensions: 81.75" wide × 41.0625" tall - This panel wraps around a counter and folds into three sections: - Left panel: 20.5" wide - Center panel: 40.75" wide - Right panel: 20.5" wide - Fold lines at 20.5" and 61.25" from the left edge - Keep all key content and text at least 0.5" away from fold lines - Finished file: print-ready PDF or AI at exact dimensions, 75–150 DPI minimum, CMYK - File name: CaseVeritas-Ao1 **Format requirements (per print vendor spec):** - Adobe Illustrator (.ai) with PDF compatibility enabled, OR - Print-ready PDF exported directly from native software (not "printed to PDF") - PDF version 1.5 or higher, Acrobat 6 compatible - CMYK color space preferred - All fonts embedded or outlined - No bleed required for these panel types --- ## BRAND ASSETS **Logo:** Provided as PNG (gold ornamental V emblem with "CASE VERITAS" wordmark). Place on dark navy background — do not use on white. **Colors:** - Background: Primary navy #14233B - Primary gold: #C2A168 - Light gold accent: #A8884C - White: #FBF9F5 - Cream (bottom section): #F4F0E6 - Card/box background: #1E3150 **Fonts:** Serif (similar to Georgia or Playfair Display) for headlines; clean sans-serif (similar to Inter or Helvetica) for body/labels. All fonts must be embedded or outlined in final files. --- ## DESIGN DIRECTION See attached reference image — this is the target aesthetic. Dark navy background, gold typography and accents, premium feel. No rounded cartoon elements. Clean, authoritative, legal/medical professional audience. The reference image shows the overall layout I want replicated closely.
