Trade Show Designer for 3 Retractable Banners and Table Cover

We are looking for an experienced graphic designer to create a coordinated trade show display consisting of three retractable banners and one branded table cover. The banners will be placed side by side to create a cohesive booth backdrop, but each should also work well individually. Our primary brand is a B2B software company. Two banners will feature the primary brand, while the third will feature the company’s related industry podcast and newsletter. The table cover will be a simple, polished application of the primary brand logo within the printer’s template. We will provide: -Logos and brand assets -Core messaging and copy -Banner and table-cover dimensions -Printer templates and specifications Design Direction: The display should feel modern, polished, clean, and professional. It should be easy to understand from across a trade show floor and visually interesting without becoming busy. We are looking for strong typography, thoughtful spacing, and a cohesive visual system across the banners and table cover. We do not want a generic corporate template, excessive decorative elements, or heavy reliance on stock photography. The designer should be experienced with large-format printing requirements, including bleed, safe areas, image resolution, and positioning important artwork above the retractable banner base. Deliverables: -Three coordinated retractable banner designs -One coordinating branded table-cover design -A mockup showing the complete display together -Print-ready files prepared to the printer’s specifications -Editable source files -Up to three rounds of revisions Timeline: The complete project, including revisions and final print-ready files, must be finished within the next one to two weeks.
