Physical Model Maker Needed for 6 ft Industrial Roll Forming Machine

We are looking for a highly skilled physical model maker / prototype builder / mechatronics fabricator to create a high-quality 6 ft physical display model of an industrial cold steel roll forming machine. This model will be used as a trade show demonstration piece because the real industrial machines can be extremely large, sometimes up to 100 yards long. The goal is to create a smaller, premium-quality physical model that clearly represents the machine’s key components, process flow, flexibility, and engineering sophistication. We will provide the required CAD files, Inventor 3D drawings, renderings, machine references, and video references. The selected expert should be able to interpret engineering CAD data and convert it into a manufacturable, durable, attractive trade show model. The model should be visually accurate, professional, and suitable for client demonstrations. Expected Deliverables The selected expert should deliver: Review of CAD and machine references Scaled model concept and fabrication plan Material and mechanism recommendation CAD simplification/adaptation for physical model production Fabrication of the physical model Integration of moving parts Integration of LED lights/start button/demo electronics Paint, finishing, branding, decals, and process labels Final tested physical model Packing recommendations for shipping/trade show transport
