Title Technical Event Planner & AutoCAD Designer (Festival Master Planning) – 3-5 Day Project Budget Fixed Price: $600 USD Project Duration 3-5 Days Description We are looking for an experienced Technical Event Planner with strong AutoCAD skills to support the planning of a large-scale entertainment festival in Saudi Arabia. You will work alongside our Creative Director and project team to transform creative concepts into professional technical planning documents, CAD layouts, and vendor-ready technical briefs. This is a fast-paced project with a strict 3-5 day turnaround. Experience in festivals, concerts, exhibitions, sporting events, or large public events is required. Scope of Work Using our creative layouts and event concepts, you will develop a complete technical planning package including: Venue masterplan Event zoning plan Technical site layout Visitor circulation and crowd flow plans Back-of-house planning Production and logistics layouts Sponsor activation layouts Infrastructure planning (power, AV, screens, utilities) Temporary structures and fencing layouts Vendor technical documentation Technical brief package Deliverables 1.
