Trade mark registration

I want a US trade mark application filed for a client for a word mark. The listing of goods/services is 5/6 classes. Some goods/services are in use in commerce. Some will have to be filed on an intent to use basis. Some are covered by a UK registration, which I understand provides basis. An identical mark is already registered at the USPTO for adjacent goods ("fabric wrinkle remover for laundry use" , whereas the client's services include "ironing" and "pressing of clothing"). Pre-filing advice is wanted. More details available on request. Please could you indicate costs. I am aware of USPTO fees and the variation depending whether terms are pre-approved. Service provider must be registered at the USPTO.
