We need a US-licensed trademark attorney to file a maintenance/renewal declaration with the USPTO for our registered trademark before the July 28, 2026 deadline (grace period available if needed). Details: Registration No. 5973486, mark "Senstone" - USPTO requires a US-licensed attorney of record to file. We have evidence of use of the TM, such as website screenshots, product packaging, app screenshots etc. Filing needed: Section 8 (and/or 9, please confirm which is due based on our registration record) Declaration of Use.
