Review and finalize goods/services description and International Class selection across multiple classes 3. Pre-filing review of completed application (paralegal is handling preparation) 4. USPTO office action response handling if needed Details: • Software/SaaS platform with business intelligence and workforce management services components • Filing basis: Intent to Use • Two marks total • Classes likely applicable: 42 (SaaS/software), 35 (business management/data analytics services) — attorney to confirm and advise on final class selection • Paralegal already preparing applications — attorney review only, not full preparation • Two-week turnaround required What I'm looking for: • Licensed U.S. attorney with active USPTO registration • Experience with SaaS and technology trademark filings across multiple classes • Fixed-fee quotes preferred — please quote per mark, per class • Please include your USPTO registration number in your proposal Budget: Open to fixed-fee proposals.
