We need an experienced U.S.-licensed trademark attorney to handle the complete trademark registration process for our brand with the USPTO. Scope of Work 1. Comprehensive trademark clearance search (USPTO + common law / internet) 2. Risk assessment and recommendation (proceed, modify, or choose alternative) 3. Advise on correct Nice Classification classes and goods/services description 4. Prepare and file the trademark application (TEAS) 5. Handle any Office Actions or examiner correspondence until registration 6. Keep us updated at every major stage What We Need From You - Must be a licensed U.S. attorney (please confirm state of admission) - Proven experience filing and successfully registering U.S. trademarks - Transparent, flat-fee pricing preferred (clearly separate attorney fee vs. USPTO government fees) - Clear communication and realistic timelines Please include in your proposal: 1.
