US Trademark Attorney (Trademark Registrations & Non-Final Office Actions)

We are a growing international professional services firm looking for a licensed US Trademark Attorney to support our expanding trademark practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys working in a fast-paced and international environment and is looking to build a long-term professional relationship. Responsibilities Handle US trademark applications from filing through registration. Review and respond to USPTO non-final Office Actions. Advise on trademark registrability and filing strategies. Conduct trademark searches when required. Communicate clearly with our internal team regarding case status and next steps. Ensure all work is completed accurately and within applicable deadlines. Requirements Licensed attorney in good standing in at least one US jurisdiction. Experience handling US trademark registrations before the USPTO. Experience preparing responses to non-final Office Actions. Strong attention to detail and excellent written English. Responsive, organized, and able to manage multiple matters simultaneously. Comfortable working remotely with an international team. Preferred Experience working with international clients. Familiarity with Madrid Protocol filings is a plus. Interest in establishing a long-term working relationship.
