US Trademark Attorney (USPTO) Needed – Long-Term White-Label Partnership

Job Description We are looking for an U.S.-licensed Trademark Attorney to partner with our company on an ongoing basis for U.S. trademark filings and related intellectual property matters. We work with international entrepreneurs, startups, e-commerce businesses, SaaS founders, agencies, and business owners who require trademark protection as part of their U.S. business journey. As our client base continues to grow, we're looking for a reliable attorney who can support trademark matters for multiple clients. This is a long-term partnership opportunity with recurring work—not a one-time project. Responsibilities * Conduct comprehensive USPTO trademark clearance searches * Advise clients on trademark availability and filing strategy * Prepare and file U.S. trademark applications * Draft appropriate goods and services descriptions * Respond to USPTO Office Actions * Handle Statements of Use, renewals, and post-registration filings * Provide legal guidance on trademark protection and enforcement * Keep us updated on filing status and deadlines Requirements * Active U.S. Bar License (Required) * Authorized to represent clients before the USPTO * Strong experience with U.S. trademark prosecution * Experience handling Office Actions * Excellent written and verbal communication * Ability to work with international clients * Responsive and detail-oriented * Comfortable managing multiple trademark matters simultaneously Preferred Experience * Startups & SaaS companies * Amazon sellers & Brand Registry * E-commerce businesses * Agencies and digital businesses * International founders and non-U.S. residents White-Label Partnership We're looking for a long-term legal partner who is comfortable working in a white-label capacity.
