Trademark Registration Specialist Needed

Description: We are looking for an experienced trademark attorney or IP specialist to assist with the trademark registration of a product brand in both Canada and the United States. Scope of Work: Conduct a comprehensive trademark search to confirm availability Prepare and file trademark application(s) with CIPO (Canada) and USPTO (USA) Advise on the appropriate trademark class(es) for our product category Handle any office actions or responses if required Provide updates throughout the process until registration is confirmed Requirements: Proven experience filing trademarks with CIPO and/or USPTO Strong understanding of trademark classes for physical consumer products Ability to communicate clearly and provide timeline expectations Previous Upwork feedback or verifiable credentials preferred Nice to Have: Experience with product brands in the home improvement, wellness, or outdoor/lifestyle space Familiarity with both Canadian and US trademark processes simultaneously Deliverables: Trademark clearance search report Filed applications in Canada and/or USA Ongoing status updates until registration is complete Please include in your proposal your experience with similar trademark filings, your estimated timeline, and your fee structure for both countries.
