Hello, we are looking for an experienced trademark attorney to conduct a full trademark clearance search and advise on the registration of our clothing brand (Class 25) in the US and Europe (USPTO + EUIPO). Our brand is already operating internationally with an existing website, customers, and social media presence. We need a risk assessment, filing strategy, and estimated costs. We would also like to understand whether there are any potential conflicts worldwide before proceeding with the registrations.
