Trading Card Image Verification and Inventory Data Processing

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented freelancer to review scanned images of Magic: The Gathering cards inside our card-scanning application. Our scanning software automatically identifies each card. Your responsibility will be to compare the scanned image against the suggested identification, correct any errors, and move verified cards into “Pending Stock.” Final inventory approval will be handled by us. Responsibilities: * Review scanned trading-card images * Confirm the correct card name and printing * Verify the set, collector number, foil status, and card variant * Correct inaccurate scan results * Flag unclear images or uncertain identifications rather than guessing * Move verified cards into Pending Stock * Follow our written instructions and maintain consistent accuracy Requirements: * Strong attention to detail * Comfortable performing repetitive image-verification work * Reliable computer and internet connection * Ability to follow a documented process * Clear written communication * Previous data-entry or verification experience is helpful but not required Familiarity with Magic: The Gathering or other collectible card games is a strong advantage, but it is not required. We will provide instructions and examples showing how to verify each field. This initial project will be a small paid trial involving approximately 1,000 scanned cards. We will evaluate accuracy, reliability, and processing speed. There is potential for consistent recurring work if the trial goes well. Please include the following in your proposal: 1.
