Trading Community Operator / Closer

This is a full-time commitment of 30 to 40 hours per week, including weekends. You need to be available during CET time zones. You'll receive a fixed monthly base with performance bonuses tied to conversions. We don't hire and rotate. When we find the right person, we build together for the long run. Your day-to-day: responding to incoming Telegram messages, qualifying leads, handling objections, closing prospects into paid members, and following up consistently. You'll also help with community engagement and chat moderation when needed. What makes you the right fit: you already live in the forex world. You know the difference between a liquidity grab and a breakout. You've worked with or inside trading communities, prop firm groups, or affiliate setups before. And most importantly, you can sell without sounding like you're selling. This isn't a copy-paste customer support role. If you need scripts to hold a trading conversation, this isn't for you.
