Traditional Conservatory Design in SketchUp

I'm seeking an experienced SketchUp designer to create a traditional-style lean-to conservatory based on my initial design. The project involves designing a 8.1m x 4.9m conservatory 3.3m high on a concrete base with a 0.5m projection, including three 1.5m wide doors, four large windows with stone mullions and sills, three narrower opening windows. One end-wall to be stone/stone-faced with a fireplace. Basically a flat roof but with glass lantern 3m by 1m. Various internal and external finishes. Including some electric sockets and light holders, but not wiring. The design should be detailed and ready for discussion with a contractor to get a quote. (I expect the builder to make the engineering/ construction decisions). The ideal candidate will have experience in architectural design, strong understanding of traditional styles, and be able to deliver high-quality, detailed designs.
