Trail Map Creation

I'm looking for someone to help me create a trail map that needs to be both accurate and graphically appealing. It needs to match my current business' marketing. The ideal candidate will have experience in making trail maps. This is a graphic representation with marketing purposes, though it also needs to be accurate for navigational purposes as well. Some 3D rendering may be utilized if needed. More than anything I am looking for the base layer geography map feel, the trails are just a bonus. Attached is the satellite imagery which shows key landmarks and buildings along with the trails/pins that need to be represented. I have the .kml/.gpx files associated with these. I also have some of our other marketing material and a couple of maps that have somewhat of the "feel" I am going for. Also attached is the current property map used for housing. However this does not include any of our trails. I'm looking for something with a similar feel to this map, while serving a different purpose.
