Summary

We are looking for an experienced Training Module Designer to help transform our existing employee training documents into a professional, engaging, and easy-to-follow onboarding program. About the Project We currently have a large collection of Word documents containing training materials, SOPs, job expectations, company policies, and onboarding information. The content already exists — we need someone who can organize, improve, and package it into a structured training system for new hires. Responsibilities • Review existing training and onboarding documents • Organize content into logical learning modules • Create a professional and user-friendly training experience • Improve readability, engagement, and information retention • Design quizzes, checkpoints, or knowledge assessments where appropriate • Recommend the best platform or format for implementation • Create branded training materials that align with our company Ideal Candidate • Experience creating employee onboarding programs • Background in instructional design, training development, HR, or learning & development • Strong understanding of adult learning principles • Experience with SOP documentation and training systems • Ability to take large amounts of information and make it easy to understand • Portfolio of previous training modules or onboarding programs preferred Deliverables • Complete onboarding/training structure • Organized training modules • Knowledge checks/quizzes (if recommended) • Suggestions for ongoing training improvements • Final editable files and documentation To Apply Please provide: 1.
