QA, VA & Training Specialist

We're looking for a detail-oriented QA, VA & Training Specialist to help test new features before they go live and create simple, professional tutorial videos. The ideal candidate will have experience in software testing and training, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to communicate effectively. Responsibilities include testing new features, identifying bugs, and creating tutorial videos to enhance user understanding. ### Responsibilities * Test new features and workflows on our web platform * Identify bugs and provide clear reproduction steps * Verify bug fixes * Record short screen tutorial videos explaining how features work * Provide usability and UX feedback ### Requirements * Fluent English (spoken and written) * Calm, clear, and welcoming voice * Professional communication skills * Strong attention to detail * Experience testing web applications or SaaS products * Comfortable using screen recording tools (Loom, OBS, etc.) ### Nice to Have * QA or software testing experience * Technical writing or documentation experience * Basic UX/UI knowledge ### To Apply Please include: 1.
