AI Training for a Sales/Client Success team to Improve Productivity & Go-to-Market

Summary

We are looking for an experienced AI consultant with a strong background in B2B sales, account management, and go-to-market strategy to deliver one or two highly practical virtual training sessions for our Sales and Account Management teams. This is not a technical AI training course. We are looking for someone who has personally used AI to improve sales execution and can teach our team practical methods that does not require any special configuration right now and will result in immediately increase productivity, improve customer engagement, and help close more business. Our CRM is currently Microsoft Dynamics 365, with a planned migration to Salesforce. So we are stuck with Dynamics right now and dont really want to invest much into it. Objectives 1) show our team how to use AI during their daily tasks, including prospect and account research, pre-meeting preparation, customer meeting briefs, executive and company summaries, QBRs, writing personalized outreach emails and follow-up emails after meetings, proposal and presentation creation, account planning, opportunity strategy, objection handling, renewal and expansion planning, sales call preparation, discovery question generation, competitive research, industry expertise, pipeline management, AI prompting techniques, best practices for using ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Gemini, and other standard AI tools The goal is for every participant to leave with practical techniques they can begin using immediately. Deliverables One or three interactive virtual training sessions (60 minutes each) Training materials and presentation Real-world examples relevant to B2B sales Live demonstrations AI prompt library/templates Best-practice playbook participants can reference afterward Q&A session Ideal Consultant -We're looking for someone who has: -Extensive B2B sales leadership or enterprise sales experience -Strong go-to-market strategy knowldge -Experience coaching sales and account management teams -Deep practical experience using AI in daily sales activities -Excellent English communication and presentation skills -Experience training executive-level audiences -Ability to explain AI in simple, practical terms—not technical jargon Pl provide examples of AI sales training you've delivered, sample agenda for the session(s), AI tools you use regularly, why your approach is different from generic AI training, links to any videos or recordings of previous presentations (if available). Success Criteria -At the end of the engagement, our sales and account management teams should save significant time each week, produce higher-quality customer communications. prepare for meetings more effectively, increase prospecting productivity. improve customer engagement. Use AI confidently as part of their everyday workflow. Leave with practical prompts, templates, and repeatable processes that help them close more business.
