Transcription and Translation Json File

I have a new project and have included the details below. Please let me know if you are available to take this on. Initially, the project is for 50 hours, but if it is delivered successfully, this will turn into a long-term collaboration. Looking forward to hearing from you. Requirement: - Data Annotation Services - Submission date: 15th July 2026 - Contract length: 15 Days - Requirements: Malaysian to English and Indonesian to English o Minimum of 50 hours of audio data to be transcribed and translated into English for the following languages: Malay /Bhasa (Mostly Islamic Scripts) o For all of the above: ▪ Annotations to be done on sentence or utterance level ▪ Annotations to include timestamps of when the sentence is being spoken in each audio clip o There may be additional annotations required: ▪ Speaker labels: To include speaker labels if there are multiple speakers in a given audio clip ▪ Code-switch labels: To include code-switch labels (including the language it was code-switched to) if a code-switch was detected o Quality measurement: ▪ No quantitative specific metric, but there should be no missing annotations, no spelling errors, no inconsistencies in word choices for a particular pronunciation across different annotators ▪ Authority may request for a subset of annotations for checking and validation during the contract ▪ At the end of contract, Authority will inspect the output annotations for defects (missing annotations, inconsistencies in word choices, etc). If defects are found, Supplier to make good the defect prior to acceptance o Submission format: ▪ Annotations to be in JSON format, with customer to provide structure of the annotations - Price schedule: o Currency to be indicated o No other charges to be included
