Transform CAD Floor Plan

I have a fully developed interior design concept for a ~130 sqm commercial office fit-out, based on an original architectural scan of the empty unit. I need an experienced CAD draftsperson to convert this concept into an accurate, construction-ready 2D floor plan (and ideally a basic RCP/electrical layout if within scope) using proper CAD software — AutoCAD or Revit preferred. What I have ready for you: 1. The original architect-issued core floor plan (scanned PDF/image) with accurate dimensions, structural column location, existing fire safety and electrical fixtures. 2. A detailed, room-by-room written design brief covering every zone’s dimensions, furniture layout, wall types (solid vs. glazed, including a curved/bowed glass detail), door locations and swing directions, materials, and finishes. 3. Multiple AI-generated concept visualizations (floor plan style and photorealistic room renders) showing the intended look and furniture layout for each room — these are for reference/inspiration only, NOT to be traced or treated as dimensionally accurate. All exact dimensions come from the written brief and the original scan. Scope of Work • Rebuild the unit’s exact shell geometry (irregular pentagon footprint, chamfered corner, structural column position, existing door/DB/fire hose reel locations) from the original scanned plan, at correct scale. • Lay out all 12 zones per the written brief: Meditation Lounge, GM Office, Walkway, Meeting/Boardroom, Reserve Lounge, Foyer, Wine Cellar, Live Shipping Tracker wall, Sculptural Wall feature, 8-desk Workstation area, Pantry/Kitchenette, and Entrance Waiting Nook. • Correctly draft all wall types: solid walls, standard glazed curtain wall, and the Meeting/Boardroom’s three distinct glass types (curved/bowed glass at two corners, privacy/switchable glass, writable/whiteboard glass) — each should be a distinct, correctly-annotated line type per a legend. • Place and label all doors with correct swing direction, per the brief (single main entry, GM office entrance, boardroom entrance, Reserve Lounge/Wine Cellar access sequence, etc.). • Include a full furniture layout for every room (desks, seating, tables) at accurate real-world dimensions — not just decorative icons. • Produce a proper dimensioned drawing: overall envelope dimensions, room-by-room dimensions, the structural column’s exact position (measured from the glass curtain walls), and the flagged 1.2m gap between the boardroom and wine cellar. • Include a flooring plan/legend (engineering oak vs. wet-area tile zones) and the glass-type legend. • Standard architectural drawing conventions: title block, north arrow, scale bar (drawing to be at 1:75 or as appropriate), consistent with what a contractor or authority submission would expect. Deliverables • Native CAD file (.dwg or .rvt) • PDF export at print-ready quality • One round of revisions included after initial delivery Requirements • Demonstrated experience with commercial interior fit-out drawings (not just residential) • Comfortable working from a written brief plus reference images, not just a single clean source drawing
