AI Transformation Consultant (Set Up Our Business to Be AI-Ready Using Microsoft Ecosystem)

Overview We are looking for an experienced AI Transformation Consultant to help structure and set up our consultancy to effectively leverage AI across operations, knowledge management, and decision-making. This is not a purely technical implementation role. We need someone who can combine business understanding, process thinking, and practical AI execution to make our consultancy truly AI-ready. Our environment is already highly digital (Microsoft 365 stack), and we want to move to the next level: structured, governed, and scalable AI usage. About Us • Consulting firm focused on procurement and business optimization • Heavy use of: Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Loop, Power BI • Strong focus on structured processes, governance, and knowledge management • Working with C-level stakeholders Objective Design and implement a practical AI-ready operating model, including: • How we organize and structure our data • How we embed AI into daily workflows • How we scale usage across the team • How we govern AI usage securely and effectively Scope of Work 1. AI Readiness Assessment • Evaluate current tools, workflows, and data structure • Provide clear, actionable recommendations 2. Knowledge & Data Structuring • Design optimal structure across: o SharePoint o Microsoft Loop o Teams o Planner • Ensure information is: o AI-consumable o well-organized o governed properly 3. Tooling & Setup • Configure and optimize: o Microsoft Copilot usage o Prompt libraries and templates o Workflow automation 4. Governance & Best Practices • Define: o AI usage guidelines o data governance model o security considerations • Create reusable internal standards 5. Enablement • Deliver: o short guides o practical examples Deliverables • Target AI Operating Model • Structured Knowledge Architecture (M365) • Defined AI Use Cases (prioritized) • Implementation Plan (phased) • Governance Playbook Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: • Has hands-on experience implementing AI in businesses (not just theory) • Strong understanding of: o Microsoft 365 ecosystem (critical) o Copilot capabilities o Knowledge management & workflows • Thinks in processes, not just tools • Can communicate clearly with executive-level stakeholders • Has experience in consulting, operations, or transformation projects Nice to Have • Experience in procurement or B2B consulting environments • Experience setting up AI governance frameworks • Background in Power BI How to Apply Please include: 1.
