Transition from Webex to Slack

**Job Description:** We are seeking a qualified individual to facilitate the transition of internal chat and collaborative activities from Cisco Webex to Slack. The responsibilities associated with this role will include the configuration of the Slack platform and the migration of existing communications and activities from Cisco Webex to Slack. Additionally needs are integrating Slack with Box.com for document management and setting up journaling and/or backups for compliance purposes. There is also an intention to integrate Slack into a new helpdesk system, currently looking at Agent Force IT Service. The ideal candidate will possess demonstrable experience with Slack and, preferably, familiarity with Cisco Webex. This is a contract role.
