Travel Agent Virtual Assistant

We are seeking avirtual assistant to support our travel agency by managing client communications, preparing quotes, and ensuring seamless follow-ups post-booking. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail. Our agency is very specific, only working with Sandals Resorts. All of our inquiries are already interested in these resorts so things are pretty easy. Need to be close to the US time zones. The most frequent tasks will be. - Responding to inquiries within a timely manner, to asking follow-up questions to get enough information to give a quote. - Provide hotel and room options. - Maintain the upcoming client database. This role is hourly. Currently need someone Thursdays 10am - 6pm CST, Friday 12-6pm and Saturday 10am-6pm. It requires the applicant to be available throughout the day to respond to customer emails, but is not constant work during those hours. For example, they may end up working 10-12, 2-3, 4-6. depending on the workload of the day.
