Travel Operations Executive

This role is primarily focused on travel operations — managing hotel reservations, domestic transport bookings, logistics coordination, and the administrative detail that keeps each trip running smoothly. The successful candidate will work closely with local suppliers, guides, and the internal team to ensure every booking is confirmed, accurate, and well-communicated. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing and reserving accommodation, booking trains and domestic flights, tracking confirmations, and managing changes as they arise. Fluency in both Mandarin and English is essential, as the role involves regular communication with Chinese-speaking suppliers and service providers alongside an English-speaking client base and team. We are looking for someone who is highly detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple bookings and deadlines simultaneously, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift quickly. Strong organisational skills and a methodical approach to follow-up are essential.
