Trial Real Estate Photo Editing Project

This is a trial real estate photo editing project consisting of 20 HDR images that have already been merged in Lightroom. My budget for this test project is $40. The expectation is that each editor will do what they can with this budget to show their quality of work, even if it requires editing fewer photos. I understand that this budget may not cover every possible editing enhancement, so I am interested in seeing what each editor can deliver within that budget while maintaining professional real estate photography standards. The purpose of this project is to evaluate editing quality, turnaround time, communication, and overall value. I am testing multiple editors and comparing the results to identify the two or three editors who best fit my workflow and quality expectations. I am particularly interested in seeing each editor’s capabilities with Lightroom and Photoshop, including color correction, exposure balancing, perspective correction, vertical alignment, sky replacement, object removal, and other enhancements where appropriate.
