Trivia-like Website

Seeking a dynamic and passionate web creator to create a Trivia-like website. The website will be a spot where users can go, login, and play personalized sports trivia. Responsibilities: HTML file and mock website will be attached. Non-negotiables : Be able to 'host' this on a user-friendly CMS (like wordpress) so that we can make changes without having to understand hard-coded sites. This took me maybe 2-3 hours on prompts to get to this point, so if this needs to be scrapped to build it in WP, that's fine. But the look/feel we would want to be similar. Have some sort of database knowledge. The desires : We need this connected to a database for a few reasons.. 1. login info (username and pw). 2. picking their favorite teams / sports. 3. being able to 'share' their personalized quiz with their friends. Right now, the 21 questions included in the HTML file are hard-coded. This would need to have an API where the questions all reset at midnight - so they're fresh everyday. 2 of the 3 quizzes would be the same across the site for everyone on that particular day, the 3rd quiz would be the 'personalized' one that takes their favorite teams / sports and generates questions around that. If they don't select their favs when signing up, maybe this quiz doesn't show for that user. The API would also need to be able to pull scorebugs that just slide across the screen during the sessions.
