Summary

We are experiencing wireless performance and connectivity issues with approximately 20 Extreme Networks AP4020 access points managed through ExtremeCloud IQ. We are seeking an engineer with direct Extreme Networks wireless troubleshooting experience to review RF design, client roaming, firmware, channel utilization, power settings, logs, and packet captures. Experience with AP4020, ExtremeCloud IQ, and enterprise Wi-Fi troubleshooting is required.
