Commercial Vocational Truck Platform Output & System Requirements Develop a scalable, modular, hyper-realistic 3D visualization system for our commercial cab-over truck platform. This initiative is focused exclusively on photorealistic commercial visualization, not product design or engineering development. The goal is to create a master digital truck platform that supports multiple vocational body applications and can generate high-end commercial marketing imagery across dozens of configurations. Base Surface Model Platform Existing engineered Nexio cab-over and chassis Master Chassis Model Create, clean, render-ready master chassis surface model that: ● Preserves accurate wheelbase and axle positioning ● Maintains correct proportions and stance ● Is geometry-clean and optimized for rendering ● Serves as the base for all future vocational integrations Engineering tolerances are not required. Visual and proportional realism is. Modular Vocational Integration Framework The system must support repeatable integration of multiple vocational bodies. Requirements: ● Adapt and integrate vocational body models to the chassis ● Ensure realistic mounting alignment ● Adjust scale and proportions where required ● Modify geometry as needed for a believable fitment (doesn’t need to be production ready) ● Maintain visual consistency across all configurations Planned Vocations The modular system must scale to support: Core Work Truck Applications ● Bobtail Updated ● Tow Trucks ● Service / Utility Bodies ● Box Trucks ● Flatbeds ● Street Sweepers ● Sewer / Hydrovac / Vacuum Trucks ● Tankers (Water / Milk) ● Fuel / Oil / Chemical / Cryogenic Delivery ● Dump Trucks ● Concrete Mixers ● Boom / Crane Trucks ● Garbage / Refuse Trucks ● Beverage Delivery Trucks ● Refrigerated Box Trucks ● Aerial Work Platforms (Bucket Trucks) We will be buying models to adapt to our existing truck models. File Output 3D Models - Isolated Truck Renderings (Commercial Utility Set) - We require a standardized set of isolated truck renderings. These will be used for all commercial marketing materials. Required Angles (Per Configuration) Provide high-resolution isolated renders in a consistent lighting setup for: ● Front view ● Rear view ● Left side profile ● Right side profile ● Front 3/4 angle (left) ● Front 3/4 angle (right) ● Rear 3/4 angle (left) ● Rear 3/4 angle (right) ● Top-down view (if applicable) Rendering Specifications ● Neutral studio-style lighting environment ● Clean white or transparent background ● Consistent camera height and lens settings across configurations ● Uniform framing and composition standards These should be structured as a repeatable rendering template so that future vocational builds automatically follow the same system. Phase 2 - Renderings All outputs must meet commercial automotive campaign-level standards. Required qualities: ● Accurate sense of vehicle mass and stance ● Realistic tire deformation and suspension compression ● Industrial material authenticity (steel, aluminum, composite, paint finishes) ● Proper scale relationship within environments ● Contextually accurate real-world placement ● Cinematic yet realistic lighting ● True-to-life reflections and surface behavior Final imagery should resemble OEM commercial marketing photography.
