True Crime Researcher & Scriptwriter for YouTube (FOIA/Public Records)

I'm looking for someone to help create high-quality, documentary-style true crime videos for YouTube. This is a long-term opportunity for the right person. Responsibilities Research compelling true crime cases. Conduct deep research using reliable sources. Build a complete chronological timeline. Find court documents, police reports, interviews, news articles, and other public records. Submit FOIA (or equivalent) requests for police bodycam, dashcam, 911 calls, interrogation footage, reports, and other legally obtainable records when appropriate. Understand and follow the legal/public-records process required to obtain these materials. Organize all research with clear citations and source links. Identify important twists, evidence, and lesser-known details. Write a compelling, high-retention YouTube script. Edit the final YouTube video using the script, visuals, documents, maps, photos, and footage to create an engaging documentary-style video. Requirements Experience with true crime research. Experience writing engaging YouTube scripts. Experience editing documentary-style YouTube videos. Experience with FOIA/public records is a strong advantage. Excellent English.
