The number 1 differentiating factor that will differentiate you is your skill with P.S and editing softwares. We can teach you our techniques, but we will require strong editing skills as a base upon which to build. This will be on an output basis. Please in your pitch include the expected rate per thumbnail. COMPENSATION $20 - $50 per thumbnail depending on experience.
