Trustpilot Reputation Manager — Review Removal & Reputation Building

About Us We are a premium e-commerce brand selling high-end art collectibles. We have recently received negative reviews on Trustpilot and need a specialist to handle the situation professionally, remove reviews that violate Trustpilot's guidelines, and build a strong, legitimate review presence going forward. This is an ongoing monthly role — not a one-time task. What We Need 1. Review Audit & Removal Go through all existing negative reviews and identify which ones violate Trustpilot's content guidelines — fake accounts, unverified purchases, off-topic complaints, competitor activity, or guideline breaches. Submit removal requests and follow up until resolved. 2. Public Response Management Respond professionally to every negative review within 48 hours. Responses must reflect a premium brand — calm, empathetic, and solution-focused. The goal is to de-escalate and where possible turn a negative into a positive. 3. Review Collection System Set up a post-purchase outreach flow to collect reviews from satisfied customers after confirmed delivery. We use Shopify. Target is a minimum of 10 new verified 5-star reviews per month. 4. Ongoing Monitoring & Reporting Monitor the profile daily. Alert us immediately when new negative reviews appear. Send a weekly report covering: new reviews, removal progress, rating trend, and reviews collected. Requirements — Proven Trustpilot experience specifically, not just general reputation management — Deep understanding of Trustpilot's removal and flagging process — Strong written English — every public response reflects our brand — E-commerce or premium consumer brand experience preferred — Must be able to show before/after examples of profiles you have improved What We Are Not Looking For — Anyone offering fake or incentivized reviews — strictly not acceptable — Generic reputation managers without Trustpilot-specific knowledge — One-time freelancers — this is a long-term engagement To Apply Please Include 1.
