Trustpilot Reputation Manager

Objective: We’re looking for someone to help us manage and respond to Trustpilot reviews in a professional and timely manner. 1. What We’re Looking For: - Strong English writing skills with the ability to write friendly, natural, and professional responses. - Experience managing Trustpilot, Google Reviews, or similar platforms. - Ability to spot and handle both positive and negative reviews appropriately. - Attention to tone: responses should sound human, warm, and authentic — never robotic or copy-paste. 2. Requirements: - Previous experience managing reviews for a business (please share examples). - Strong communication and writing skills. - Consistency — must check and respond daily or on a set schedule.
