Trustpilot Reputation Recovery & Compliance Specialist

We are an established international e-commerce brand looking for a Trustpilot expert with proven experience in Trustpilot compliance, Consumer Warnings, and reputation recovery. Our company is currently under a Trustpilot Consumer Warning despite completely overhauling our review collection process and following Trustpilot's guidelines. We are looking for someone who has successfully handled similar situations and can help us identify the best path forward. What we need: - Review our current Trustpilot process. - Identify any practices that may still be triggering compliance issues. - Advise on Trustpilot best practices and compliance. - Help us build a long-term review collection strategy. - Review our communication with Trustpilot and recommend improvements. - If possible, assist us in working toward the removal of our Consumer Warning. Requirements: - Demonstrable experience with Trustpilot. - Previous experience helping businesses recover from Consumer Warnings or similar Trustpilot enforcement actions. - Strong understanding of Trustpilot policies and review compliance. - Excellent communication skills.
