Trustpilot Review-Generation Specialist

We’re looking for a freelancer or agency with proven experience helping companies grow their Trustpilot reviews the right way — through legitimate, Trustpilot-compliant review-generation campaigns. We want more of our genuinely happy customers leaving reviews, not gimmicks that risk getting flagged. What you’ll do: • Set up and optimize automated review-invitation flows (post-purchase and post-support) using Trustpilot’s tools and integrations • Improve our invite-to-review conversion rate (timing, copy, channel, follow-ups) • Advise on collecting reviews across the customer journey without violating Trustpilot’s guidelines • Help establish a process for responding to reviews, especially negative ones, to lift our overall rating over time • Report on results: invites sent, reviews collected, rating trend You’re a fit if you have: • Hands-on experience growing a company’s Trustpilot profile (please share examples or results) • Familiarity with Trustpilot’s API/integrations and major platforms (Shopify, Zapier, email tools, etc. — tell us what you’ve used) • A clear understanding of what is and isn’t compliant, and why staying compliant matters • Strong, friendly writing for review-request and response copy To apply: Briefly describe a Trustpilot project you’ve run, the approach you used, and the outcome.
