The Tuition Partner supports accurate tuition billing, subsidy compliance, and accounts receivable management for assigned school locations. This role ensures financial accuracy through routine audits and partners closely with school and regional leadership to maintain strong tuition operations and support families effectively. Key Responsibilities 1. Account Auditing & Billing Accuracy Perform routine audits of private pay and subsidy accounts to ensure accurate billing. Correct discrepancies in billing, payments, and account adjustments. Maintain alignment with company billing policies and state regulations. 2. Subsidy Oversight & Reconciliation Reconcile weekly/monthly subsidy payments and address missing or incorrect payments. Support schools with subsidy documentation and compliance requirements. Stay current on all applicable state subsidy policies and procedures. 3. Accounts Receivable (AR) Management Monitor AR weekly and identify trends or concerns. Support schools with collection strategies and follow-up. Escalate high-risk or delinquent accounts per department guidelines. 4. Collaboration With School & Regional Teams Meet weekly with school directors and regional leaders to review accounts and action steps. Provide guidance on tuition processes, account setup, and subsidy best practices. Serve as a primary point of contact for tuition and billing questions. 5. Compliance & Documentation Ensure all tuition practices follow company policies, licensing requirements, and subsidy regulations. Maintain accurate records for internal audits and reviews. Share updates to policies or procedures promptly with assigned schools.
