Summary

Virtual Assistant (Turkish & English Speaking) Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and professional Virtual Assistant who is fluent in both Turkish and English to support a growing Australian telecommunications and customer service operation. The successful applicant will assist with customer communication, administrative support, scheduling, data entry and general business coordination. This role is remote and requires strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment. Working Hours Monday to Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm AEST Key Responsibilities Responding to customer enquiries via email, phone and messaging platforms in both Turkish and English Providing administrative support to management and operational teams Managing calendars, appointments and scheduling tasks Updating customer records and maintaining accurate documentation Assisting with customer follow ups and general support enquiries Supporting social media and community engagement tasks where required Preparing basic reports, spreadsheets and correspondence Liaising with internal team members and external stakeholders Escalating urgent customer matters to management when required Assisting with data entry and maintaining organised digital records Skills & Experience Required Fluent in both Turkish and English, written and verbal Previous experience in administration, customer service or virtual assistant roles preferred Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and online communication platforms Excellent organisational and time management skills Ability to multitask and work independently Professional communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and problem solving abilities Reliable internet connection and suitable remote work setup Desirable Qualifications Experience in telecommunications, customer support or administration Experience using CRM or task management systems Social media or marketing support experience What We Offer Flexible remote working environment Supportive and growing team culture Opportunity for long term growth within the organisation Ongoing training and development opportunities
