Turkish VIP Retention Agent – Trading Channel

Summary

We are looking for a native Turkish-speaking retention/customer success agent for a Telegram trading community. You will handle users after they join VIP, help them understand signals, follow up on activity, answer basic questions, keep members engaged, and encourage healthy account activity and repeat deposits where appropriate. Responsibilities: - Manage VIP member DMs in Turkish - Help users understand entry, stop loss, take profit, and risk % - Follow up with inactive users - Track user activity and issues inside our CRM - Identify high-value users and retention opportunities - Report common questions, complaints, and drop-off reasons - Help improve scripts and AI workflows over time Requirements: - Native Turkish - Natural Telegram communication style - Reliable and responsive - Customer support, retention, sales, forex, crypto, or brokerage experience is a strong plus - Comfortable with CRM systems and repetitive follow-up work
