Turn Google Slides + Voiceover Into Animated Nonprofit Video

I’m looking for a skilled video editor / motion designer to turn a Google Slides deck and recorded voiceover into a polished short-form launch video for a new nonprofit initiative called Dallas Gives Back. This is not a basic screen recording project.
