Turtle Landscape Design — 2D Plans + Photorealistic 3D Renders

We are a high-end landscape design and build firm producing luxury, architectural, contractor-ready design packages. We're looking for a skilled landscape designer to take our concept direction, site photos, and measurements and produce a complete, polished design set we present to affluent clients and build from. This is not a quick "drop some plants on a plan" job. We hold a luxury landscape architecture standard — clean, minimal, architectural, timeless. If your work looks generic or messy, this isn't the right fit. If you take pride in detail, organization, and presentation, we'll send you steady, repeat work. REQUIRED DELIVERABLES (every project) 1. 3D RENDERS — 20 minimum - 1 aerial / top-down view of the full property - 2–3 rear-elevation hero views - Feature close-ups: patio, pool/spa, fire feature, entry, water feature, etc. - Consistent lighting, materials, and styling across all renders (day or dusk as directed) - High resolution, presentation-quality 2. 2D PLANS — separate labeled sheets - Dimensions Drawing — measurements, property lines, setbacks, lot dimensions, square footages - Materials Plan / Map — shows where each material goes - Materials Legend — list keyed to the map - Plant Map — shows where each plant goes - Plant Legend — list keyed to the map - Lighting Plan — fixture locations - Lighting Legend / Fixture Schedule — fixture type, finish, wattage/lumens, quantity 3. PLANTING DETAIL — required fields per plant - Species - Variety - Size (container size at install) - Quantity - Spacing (on-center) - Mature size 4. SQUARE FOOTAGE CALLOUTS - Total hardscape SF - Turf / lawn SF - Planting bed SF - Pervious vs. impervious surface 5. SITE & PERMIT INFO - Property lines, setbacks, lot dimensions - Existing-to-remain vs. new construction clearly marked - Grading & drainage: direction arrows, slope notes, key spot elevations - Irrigation plan or water-use note (required for permits in CA & TX) 6. ELEVATION / SECTION VIEWS - Any vertical feature — walls, steps, raised planters, water features, pergolas, fire features — needs at least one elevation or section 7. ON EVERY SHEET - North arrow - Graphic scale bar + written scale - Legend / key for all symbols - Title block with: Customer name, Customer address, Customer phone number, Project name, Date, Revision number, Designer name, Scale stated, Sheet number (L1.0, L2.0, L3.0…) 8. FILE FORMATS - Print-ready PDFs (all sheets) - Editable source files (CAD/.dwg, SketchUp/.skp, render project file) - Individual render images as high-res JPG or PNG REVISIONS Each project includes 3–4 rounds of revisions to refine layout, materials, planting, and renders until the set meets our standard.
