(Twilio Markup Language) API set up and integration

Summary

We have the following PBXs: 1) Yester, 2) 3CX, and 3) Netsapiens. We are looking to find out how to integrate a Twilio Bridge API for a specific scenario. We have a tenant with about 12 users who want to make outbound calls with an allowed whitelist. Only the numbers on this approved list will be permitted for calls. If a user attempts to call a number that is not on the approved list, the called party will receive a message before being connected to the caller. If the called party presses a DTMF digit, the two call legs (leg 1 and leg 2) will then be bridged.
