Summary

We are developing a SaaS application that automates waitlists for doctors. If there is a cancellation the doctor can send out an SMS to every patient on the waitlist and let them claim it. This requires us to do 10DLC registration which we have not been able to do. It gives us an error but we can't see the message. It does say that "90% of rejections are caused by minor discrepancies in the company name", etc. But that isn't helpful. We need to set it up so the doctor can send SMS messages to patients and get their response.
