Twilio Voice & Messaging Expert Needed (Salesforce Integration & Compliance) We are looking for a highly experienced Twilio Voice & Messaging expert to assist with integrating Twilio into our Salesforce environment. Our team already has experienced Salesforce developers who will handle all Salesforce-side development. We are specifically seeking someone with deep expertise in the Twilio ecosystem who can guide, configure, and implement the Twilio components required for a scalable production deployment. Scope of Work Configure and implement Twilio Voice API Configure and implement Twilio Messaging API Assist with Twilio account architecture and best practices Configure phone numbers, messaging services, and voice services Advise on scalability, deliverability, and reliability Support webhook setup and Twilio-side integrations Work collaboratively with our Salesforce development team Compliance & Messaging Requirements We are looking for someone who has extensive experience with: A2P 10DLC registration and compliance Messaging at scale Carrier requirements and messaging best practices SMS consent and opt-in/opt-out workflows Throughput management and deliverability optimization TCPA compliance considerations Campaign registration and brand verification Message filtering prevention and carrier compliance Required Experience Please apply only if you have: Significant hands-on experience with Twilio Voice API Significant hands-on experience with Twilio Messaging API Experience implementing high-volume SMS programs Experience with A2P 10DLC registrations and approvals Strong understanding of carrier compliance requirements Experience working alongside Salesforce development teams Ability to provide architecture recommendations and implementation guidance To Apply Please include: Your experience with Twilio Voice and Messaging.
