Twilio + WhatsApp Business Setup (India → US)

We're a US IT services company with offices in India. We already have an **approved Twilio account** and a **WhatsApp Business account** — we need an expert to connect them and get WhatsApp texting and calling working from our India team to US contacts. **What you'll do:** - Configure WhatsApp Business API via Twilio for **5 phone numbers** - Enable two-way WhatsApp messaging (India → US and US → India) - Enable WhatsApp Business Calling through Twilio - Register/verify sender numbers and message templates with Meta as needed - Ensure compliance with WhatsApp Business policy and India/US telecom rules - Deliver a **short written setup/process document** so our team can manage numbers, templates, and users going forward - Walk our team through the working setup (1 handoff call) **Requirements:** - Proven experience with Twilio WhatsApp Business API (share examples) - Familiar with Meta Business verification, sender registration, and template approval - Clear written English; able to document the process **Deliverables:** 1. 5 numbers live for WhatsApp messaging + calling via Twilio 2. Process documentation (setup, adding numbers/users, template approvals) 3.
