X (Twitter) Ghostwriter + Engagement Manager

I'm a B2B founder. I already have a VA team running my LinkedIn, where I post a lot — now I want to replicate that exact setup on X (Twitter). You'll own my X presence end to end so I never have to log in myself. You'll be doing three things: 1) Repurpose my content. Take my existing LinkedIn posts and turn them into X-native threads and standalone posts — in my voice, not a generic one. I'll give you my posts, my voice guidelines, and my content pillars. 2) Run all engagement. ~50-100 thoughtful replies per day to a target list of founders, investors, and operators in my niche, plus likes and follows. Real, substantive replies that add something — not "great post 🔥." 3) Manage posting. Schedule and publish through Typefully/Hypefury using X's Delegate feature. No password sharing — you'll work from your own login. This is NOT a generic social media role. You must already understand how X actually works: hooks, threads, the reply-weighted algorithm, the first-hour engagement window, and why links go in a reply instead of the main post. If you've only run Instagram/Facebook pages, this isn't the right fit. MUST HAVE FLUENT ENGLISH.
