UGC & Affiliate Manager

We are looking for UGC & Affiliate Manager to oversee our creator, influencer, and affiliate operations. You will NOT be responsible for sourcing creators or managing daily communication. We already have team members who handle creator outreach, product orders, follow-ups, content collection, and posting coordination. Responsibilities * Manage the team members handling creators and influencers. * Review creator submissions and approve or reject them based on brand fit. * Create UGC briefs, concepts, scripts, and content directions. * Review submitted content and request revisions when needed. * Ensure we receive at least [X] approved UGC assets per month. * Ensure at least [X] paid creator or influencer posts go live per month. * Keep the creator pipeline organized and prevent delays. * Track creator, influencer, and affiliate performance. * Identify strong creators for repeat or long-term partnerships. * Provide weekly updates on targets, progress, and issues. Requirements * Experience with UGC, influencer marketing, or affiliate marketing. * Strong understanding of paid social content. * Experience creating briefs and reviewing creator content. * Strong management and organizational skills. * Ability to manage remote team members and multiple campaigns. * Experience in fashion, jewelry, beauty, or e-commerce is preferred. This is primarily an oversight, strategy, approval, and team management role. We have a clear system to make it very efficient for you.
