AI UGC Content Creator & Content Manager for Short Form Ads (TikTok / Reels / Shorts)

We are looking for a highly creative and skilled AI UGC Content Creator & Content Manager to join our team and help us produce engaging, high-converting short-form content for social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Meta Ads.In this role, you will be responsible for the complete content creation workflow—from idea generation and scriptwriting to AI video production, editing, and performance optimization. Responsibilities: Create high quality AI generated UGC Write strong hooks and conversion focused scripts for ads Generate AI avatars, voiceovers, and visuals using AI tools Edit engaging short form videos with captions, transitions, B roll, and motion graphics Manage content pipeline and ensure timely delivery Research trending content styles, hooks, and viral formats Optimize creatives for better CTR, retention, and conversion Collaborate with team members and provide creative input Requirements: Proven experience in AI UGC content creation and short-form video editing Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts trends Experience using AI tools such as HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Kling, Runway, Synthesia, Midjourney, ChatGPT, or similar Strong storytelling and scriptwriting skills Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently Excellent communication and attention to detail Portfolio showcasing previous AI video work is required Nice to Have: Experience creating performance marketing ads Knowledge of eCommerce / DTC brands Experience analyzing ad metrics and improving creatives based on data Please apply with: Portfolio / sample videos AI tools you use Brief workflow explanation Availability per week
